Required Documents for Admission

To ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process at Tiny Tots, please provide the following documents:

  1. Birth Certificate of the Child – Proof of age and identity. 📄

  2. Parent/Guardian ID Proof – Passport, Aadhar, or government-issued ID. 🆔

  3. Medical / Vaccination Records – Up-to-date health and immunization information. 💉

  4. Passport-Sized Photographs of the Child – 2–4 recent photos. 📸

  5. Address Proof – Utility bill, rent agreement, or government-issued address document.
